1.4 Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the order:
The courier may attempt redelivery, or
The order may be returned to us.

1.5 Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.
Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.

Be in their original condition
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
2.3 Return Costs
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Helmets
Protective equipment
Base layers or undergarments
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty.
3.1 Reporting an Issue
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos where possible

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement item
A repair (where applicable)
A full or partial refund
We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
3.3 Important Safety Notice
Helmets and protective gear must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Do not use protective equipment if it shows any signs of damage.
We cannot accept responsibility for items used after damage or impact.
4.1 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4.2 Refund Amounts
Full refunds include the product price.
Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you would like a different size or item:
Please return the original item following our returns process.
Place a new order for the replacement item.
